No, I'm just a 30-something graphic design type turned writer type (a love affair rekindled by writing this blog) from OAKLAND, California. Recently my husband and I were relocated to Yokohama in Japan. He's an engineer. We were there for about eight months (yes, we were there for The Earthquake) and then spent our month traveling around Singapore, Vietnam and Bali. I still have loads of stories, pics and even some video from that crazy whirlwind of a nine months. So, I'm gonna keep this blog party going. I mean, I gotta have something else to do besides agonize over this book (a teen novel) I'm writing. Like how I slipped that in there?
